Three simple steps to access the Cisco Lab.

1. Create a User Account (this will be used to send login information and Lab Work Book). This is for new comers, and existing customers can use their login information to reserve a time slot.
2. Schedule your desired times to rent.
3. Pay via Paypal. (Please contact our support service in advance for any other method of payment)

Lab Pricing:A Session runs from 7:00AM to 6:00AM (23 Hours) - Eastern Standard Time.
Single Session: US$15.00    
Two Sessions: US$25.00
Three Sessions: US$30.00
Lab Work Book created specifically to compliment this network scenario will be sent to you free of charge when you rent a lab time with us.

Sessions run 23 hours each. Each session run from 7:00AM to 6:00AM (23 Hours), EST (Eastern Standard Time).
GMT = EST + 6 Hrs.

Reservations are held for 24 hours in which time payment must be made. Payment can be made via Paypal only at this time, unless previous arrangements have been made. Payment must be received before scheduled session.

All rack rental purchases are final. Rescheduling requests for a later session must be made two (2) days or 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. All rescheduling requests must be sent to support service.

Session cancellations must be made two (2) days prior to the start of the scheduled session. No refunds will be given for session cancellations. Cancelled sessions can be rescheduled at the customer's convenience subjected to the availability of free time slots. All cancellation requests must be sent to support service.

Rack topology and equipment is subject to change without prior notice. This is generally to add more lab scenarios and equipment. If there is equipment failure that cannot be remedied during your session, you will be able to reschedule your session to a later date. Please direct any technical support issues to support service
